We can live Godly! We can be free from evil!

Christians do NOT have to and should not continue to practice and live in sin and disobedience to the Word of God.
2 Peter1.2-4 NKJV Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue, by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that  is in the world through lust.
Four reasons we can live free and victorious lives in Jesus Christ.
1. Grace and peace have been not only given but multiplied towards us through Jesus Christ.
2. The power of God, (not our own power) has given us everything we need to live godly and abundantly in this life.
3. This is our very purpose. We have been called to live like Christ.
4. We have been given exceedingly great promises that we can be partakers of God’s divine nature, and escape (turn from, rid our lives of) the corruption and evil through worldly lust.
If you are struggling to live for Jesus, if you continue to fall into the same sin. Freedom is available to you right now. Jesus came to save men from their sin. He came to destroy the works of the devil over your life. The same power that rose Jesus from the grave is available to you right now. In faith, begin calling upon the name of Jesus, ask Him to forgive, cleanse, and fill you with the Holy Spirit. He will set you free. Begin a daily lifestyle of prayer and reading the Word of God. God will continue to change you from faith to faith and glory to glory.
